Supplementary A/C
Supplementary units
are typically added to incrementally cool zones or equipment
that run at different times from the base building air conditioning
systems. Examples of this are MRI machines that can run long
after the base building chiller plant has shut down for the
night or the season; mission critical data centres that are
weather independent.
Humidity sensitive
equipment such as recording equipment or precious art work
are perfect applications for portables to supplement the
base building system during the cooling season.
